thats the flushing option in the printer menu for those who dont know,,i turned that off the first day i had the printer hehehe.

i know on mine the first pass will leave a good amount but not saturate it... enough to show the profile of the head..i seen randya looking at this post awhile ago maybe he will shim in on it as to the reasons it sprays over this pad.....and to why yours get soaked on the first pass........whats...

Fred i run 2 dual cards on mine, i run 2 dual G force cards and in the card software mine has all the options to open windows on a default monitor and or any of the other 3 ,so if i want a program to open on monitor 2 i make that program open up on it and make sure you check the box for Move...

You can also do it under your text options and also you can create text to a path of your choice.

i was told you can install the 1304 54" firmware in the 1204 and get more than 48"...... I have not attempted this yet,,if anyone has please post how its working out if at all.:rock-n-roll:

I get 51" inch media in my 1204 and can only max my prints out at 48"

Im very happy with my Mutoh VJ 1204 48",,if i had to do it over again the only thing i would do different is buy the bigger 64" .:rock-n-roll:

Is your machine grounded? If not try that. How is it killing your prints?
