Well, I use a company in Jersey. Graphic Resource Systems.
www.graphicresourcesystems.com or 1-888-477-8465. They have all the parts for the Mutoh. They sell the printers, media, parts, etc. Great company. If you call, tell Roxanne I sent ya.
SignRite,
Thank You SOOOOOOO Much for that link. I'm making a brochure for a blacktop company and they want me to create a side view of a new driveway, the 3 layers. Large stone, fine stone and the top layer. The pics/textures I need are on that site. They are perfect. You just saved the day for...

I agree with Valentino. Try using the Pantone color pallett to choose a grey. Also, try using a different profile than the one you have been. I have the valuejet and have never had a problem with grey. The oracal 3651 or 3951 profile work great on alot of vinyls. Graphics 2 bi directional.
What is it with these new memebers lately coming on here with HUGE attitudes? I just don't get where they get the balls to come here and act the way they do.
I ran a 8x4 print earlier with a green background on 3651 and the first couple of feet looked exactlly like your picture. My temp on the pre heater was 37 and the rollers are never left down when not printing. ??????
