LOL, you didn't know about the cover on the left side of the printer? Another thing you can use and I saw a tech do it before is use an X-cato knife and scrape very carefully and make sure you have a steady hand while doing it, hate to see you ruin a good head.

The only way to clean it that I know of is with a cleaning swab dip it in your cleaning soloution and rub it, you should clean the backs everytime you clean the fronts and side of the heads.

I been to all those web sites and nothing that I'm looking for, I'm starting to think they were probably custom made just for starbucks.

No there not made of wood, there made of a round steel tubing I belive and have some scroll thingy on top, I have seen them in a few Starbucks and Panera bread before. Just looks like a higher end banner stand then the normal every day ones that you see.

Does anyone know where to get banner stands or a slide in frame like the ones Starbucks uses. I have a customer opening a restaurant and they want to use a high end banner stands for there monthly specials and such. They would need to be easy to change out every 2 weeks. Thanks in advance

You can check with Grimco, I know they make stock braille signs they just might do custom orders as well as long as you have more then a few.

What do you mean by tacky paper, or you thinking of vinyl?

Does anyone know of a supplier that carry's black chalkboard menu boards, the type I'm looking for are the ones you see in Jimmy Johns for indoor use, not looking for A-frame style menu boards. Thanks in advance
