Never use your solvent cleaning solution, use alcohol even mixed with a little water will clean it.

Don't know if you do screen printing, but you can screen a clear coat over them to.

Start off the way it use to be done before computers were even around, an X-acto blade and cutting by hand. Cost $5.00

Couldn't you use Max Metal it's the same thing as Poly metal, Grimco has it.
