Sorry I can't be any help but I have seen the exact same thing creating transparencies in Flexi with eye candy - it definitely has something to do with the RIP and the transparency. Use photoshop and no problemo at all.

I bet your system restore will not function - most viruses will disable that feature. You obviously have a virus and need someone to go into the registry to clean the critter out. Just running virus sweeper will probably not be enough. Good luck

Sounds like cap tops...if you don't know what they are then I would definitely start there! We change ours once a year at minimum! The cap tops are what seals the heads when they park...the rubber breaks down and then the heads don't seal any longer. oops...I see I was two minutes late. hahaha

I don't know what your bid was but the winning bid is INSANE! That should be a $800 job minimum, with a simple layout with-out pantone matching and digital printing. WOW.
