We run 5 Graphtecs at FireSprint. We run millions of small decals. They are great machines.
Summas are also very good, but we didn’t like the workflow integration into our automations. Most don’t need that tho. You’d be in good shape either way.
Try coro from a different vendor.
It's not all the same. Maybe see if http://www.regalplastic.com/ in your area (They sell TCC and Laminacorr) will sell you sheets.
Matraplast is also a bit flatter.
I know people get stuck on finding coro at the lowest cost, because it's a low cost product...

The way we handle this is we find a good material we want to use, then send a roll to canon for benchmarking. Ask you sales rep how. This way we get a benchmark for exactly the material we want to run.
It takes time, but it has been our solution to head strikes.
However long it will take you x your hourly shop rate. Add this to the cost of materials plus your markup.
I know this is oversimplified but it’s where you need to start with all your calculations. You must understand your costs.
