    CJ500 Problem

    First thing to try is a cleaning cycle and test print, and you may have to do it 6 to 10 times before you see good prints. Next would be to do a physical head cleaning and then run through the steps above. Good Luck !

    Welcome to 101, You can export the file as an EPS and provide them with that file, as well as possibly converting to a PDF and providing that . . . You can also just export as a JPG .

    I found Aktuelle.ttf as a FREE font, when I did a Google search for it ! I am in no way condoning the downloading of the font for FREE, just stating a fact . . . !

    I forgot to repost an update to the mouse dilemma I was having ! Per the advice of several members here, I unplugged the usb stick for the mouse and plugged it into another usb slot. Mouse then worked perfectly again . . . Happy Endings all over !
