I have about 24 fonts. What ones do you not need?

I have one question... Are you using a Gerber Foil? Or a LESS expensive wannabe?(DuraCoat, Zero-Nine) For Premium printing I use the gerber foils. I only use the others for throw away or indoor only stuff. On a side note, the others seem to require me to clean my print head alot more often.

I also only stock opaque. I am just trying to prove a point to another screen printer/sign maker, that non-opaque should never be used when printing or vinyl applying for a double faced sign. Please keep posting yours.

How many of you used standard White Coroplast for a double faced sign, instead of Opaque White?

The only way to put something on a Carhartt is to embroider it. ThermoFlex stuff sucks anyway.

I can not seem to recall what supplier I purchased this mounting bracket from. I think it has been 8 years since I last purchased any. Opening to hold 1/8 thick material. Anyone?

One thing you could check into if you decide to go with the Factory Repair, if you have a good relationship with a Gerber distributor, ask them if they are willing to let you borrow or rent a demo unit in order to keep production moving. Of course, hopefully you have been purchasing Gerber...
