I believe that shovel has this one Fred- there was a very unique ampersand in some other text that looks same as Dolly Small Caps Roman. Thanks gentlemen. For $230 I think the customer may like Palatino though:omg:. Gene

I enjoy it also- don't usually have time to really hunker down with it. Maybe it is an old guy thing? I just noticed the avatars of SteveC and ddubia- are you the same person? I think I could fit right into this lineup as well.

Same here- refillable carts on a SP300V and bulk on a VP540- I love them- not just cheaper but better. I can take a print hot off the printer and puddle alcohol on it for a minute and scrub with a paper towel.

thanks Chris- it has been so long that I can't be sure what I was printing that I was having problems with- I think maybe a large concession trailer wrap. I do remember that after a bit of fiddling with it- restart Vworks, power down the printer- it printed correctly and I had the same...

I remember buying a .5 Gig harddrive in the early 90's- it was over $500- your 1GB must have been enormously expensive.:rolleyes:

Unless it is a fiberglas side on the truck- it will be 4 foot panels anyway? So easy to cut 2 10'2" stripes.

I too am concerned about this- my understanding is that the people who sign up for the subscription service do not have to pay the 900-1000 up front- just the monthly. I am not sure where this leaves those of us who dutifully bought the software- can we not purchase the upgrade out- right...

Sorry about the crappy pict but this has been on our frt door facing south since Dec 2004 and is still as new. Gerber silver metal with a 1mil laminate from Graphic Marking Systems. The lettering, headlamps, door handles and wheels are chrome.
