Aha! I found it. It's CoffeeTin Initials. A free knockoff. Edit: Still have no idea on the number though.

Actually now that I've inspected a bit more there are some slight differences in Rosewood, though I don't think it will be a big deal to my customer. Most notably some of the spikes are missing from Rosewood and the R is shaped a bit different.
