  1. Fellers

I've had to bitch and moan to keep my warehouse stocked with my supplies. I can tell you that if I have to hear about Frank and his fresh vinyl one more time I'm going to scream. Seriously try using more than one ad when you're one hold. I practically hear Frank selling me on his fresh...

  8. roland gx-24 not contour cutting

the only thing I can think of is that your roland cut software is not jiving with the registration marks on the material. I have had this problem before on my GX500. It was because the cut program shifted the size and the cutter couldn't zero it out and start cutting. Have you tried a...

  10. A flatbed printer in every garage!

mm not inches. Gotta have a vacuum table and some kind of heater, blower on the back end of the printer passing along the substrate as you print.
  11. A flatbed printer in every garage!

signmeup, I have a large roland. It'll only take 1.5 thick material. I really like flatbed conversions idea. I've been kicking this around for years, but for me, I don't do enough coroplast foam core jobs to justify it. Easier to big squeegee substrates.
  12. Triangle ink for JV33 Pro's and Con's

You haven't looked around hard enough. Anyone I talk to that has used Triangle for any length of time has negative things to say. For me getting Triangle to run properly was like ice skating up hill. Not all the inks fault. I used a bulk system which causes problems. I have had...
  13. Banner Hemming- What is the Best Equipment and Technique?

We have a leister. We love it. I use it for pole pockets, welding banners, rarely for hems. The leister is 5500.00 and too heavy/slow for welding hems. It takes forever to weld up hems on a banner. When it hiccups on a weld you just ruined a banner. As versatile as the leister...

agreed. Happens to me often. I run flush through the top of the head via syringe. That gets things going for me.
  18. New Print Heads with no warranty

Every head I've ever bought had no warranty. They all work fine. I don't trust the vendors here in Maine. I have a friend about an hour away who had the only local service co replace a head on his machine. The tech blew the head board during the replacement and didn't even align the...
  19. Random VersaWorks lockup?

Mine has locked up for years. Been on new coputers just running VW. No luck. I've gone through all the trouble shooting and it locks up all the time. Fastest fix I've come up with is keeping my system processing running. When it freezes I can delete the roland process and I don't have...
