I haven't used that specific combo, but did you roll it with the printer facing in, or facing out? Whenever we roll stuff facing in it gets big buckles and wrinkles. Whenever we roll it facing out, it gets rid of the problem by like 95%.

There's a certain way to set the blade. You take a piece of vinyl preferably scrap, put it on the table.. extend the blade and push down on it against the vinyl making a line. Once it only cuts through the vinyl and a bit into the backing paper, it should be fine. For perf cutting... At least...

No problem - Scaled them to 50% because of Adobes Size limit (Just pointing out again incase you didn't see it!). Didn't know pdfs are limited to 200" x 200" while illustrator is 227... Kind of stupid.
