In Chicago you need to have at least a million dollar insurance policy to get a sign permit.
I do know the city here charges by the sq.ft. A customer of mine had a 3'x4' permanent banner on his wall the city wanted 1500.00 per year, he tore it down.

Just curious, how does it cost 6 cents a sq.ft. from a 440 cartridge, I think it's more like 25-30 cents a sqft. Unless your getting your cartridges for 30 bucks.
You can get it cheaper when you buy by the case at walmart, just ask to see a manager, most of the times you can get it at just about cost if you buy more then a few casesat once.
Maybe you can talk this woman in getting a full wrap, her vehicle looks like shyt. Why would you send that artwork out, the grass is a Illustrator brush, and the clouds you can get free from Vecteazy.

I haven't picked up a brush since I got my first computer system and that was in 82, now my father on the other hand he's 81 and still can hand letter like it was yesterday although he is retired for the most part. You just have to keep at it and you will only get better, well most do anyway's, lol
