    Reflective I use Oralite 5600 or 5700 depending on what it is going on.

    Fellers has GlowEFX, only comes in the green/yellow color. Never seen any in different colors. You could try to print some. FIY, it only stays lit for a short time (hour or less), made for emergency type signs.

    Nope! unless you plan to run the thing 24/7...mine goes 4-5 hours every day and never had any issues yet.

    I router the edge over with a 1/4" round over bit, I then fill with putty and sand. Rounding the edge is the key, the sharp edge is where the paint will fail first. I get pre-primed MDO.

    I never have curling problems, just a little 1/16" of the PVC shows after a year or two. Using cast helps, but cal keep the costs down and work fine for indoor. Like I say, never had a complaint after 1,000's of signs.

    I do lots of safety signs, I always put a white boarder on them just for this reason, even yellow caution signs. Nature of the beast, but after doing it this way for 8 years (used to cut vinyl or screen), not had anyone complain.

    I am going to say if it isn't painted or coated it won't stick for a long time. If it is just for a show go for it, but nothing long term. Still sounds like MDO to me too.

    NOPE! Corel always does this, I open pdf's in Signlab then send them to Corel as an esp if I need to work on them in there.
