Not on primer. It is too porous (that is why paint sticks too it, it gets inside of it) and the wrap will not stick well cause it just sits onto and can't penitrate the primer.

I hate arched lettering...reason is the guy I learned the trade from in his later years got lazy, every sign was "ark - picture - ark"...they all looked the same after a while. I like that ship.
