I have a Mutoh RJ-900 that prints sublimation ink, It is not printing yellow. I can see in the lines that the last line to the right is not full of ink. It has ink in it at the "T" where the 2 lines seperate and goes about 3 inches then changes from yellow to clear..
Does it need a damper??
I bought a used Epilog Laser last jan. I didn't advertise it or push to hard and did 3k in sales with it and Gave away about 4k in trophys.. Mine was 5k used..
My son told me he posted this on here and that everyone was slamming him about his designs so I had to come in and read... He does come up with so strange and off the wall use of fonts..
I don't claim to be a professional sign designer or art major but his art is paying the bills at my house...
We do all over sublimation and both of those shirts are sublimated in pieces and then sewn together..
We've tried to cut the material cut and sew but its just nor financially feasible in the US...
My suggestion is just to find a supplier and buy them...
I use bakers parchment paper when printing mesh,
I spray adhesive down, lay the paper down spray a little adh. print and then remove shirt, I've even then flashed the paper and then brush the dryed it off the paper...
its a little more work this why but work out fine, you will always have ink...
I have a new car dealer wanting to mount signs to the light post. The post are square and they don't want to drill into them..
Where can i find a bracket to mount the signs flat to the poles?
I lowered the temp and put 1 on the press metal up and it worked perfectly... I had been putting the paper on top which is the way i did the dash plaques and they looked good..
So all is good now i guess..

I have a bunch of car show palque to make and started printing the plate and some are very grainy.. anyone know what causes this? I've tried lowering the temp, pressing times..

I've got it done in flexi and they will make correctiong to make it match..
The angle at the top of the shadows is the kicker..
I've got a customer that tells me the used to get vinyl cut (paint mask) to look like this.
I've tried in flexi and corel draw but cannot make the back and bottom shadows come out like these.. Anyone got any pointers??
These people are making me feel like a rookie...
