I just sent $3000 to thaiquyen150287@gmail.com for a new flatbed printer with free delivery. I was worried when I saw this post, but then I noticed the 6 and 7 being different and realized I'll probably be fine.
We have 2 FC9000 Graphtecs and are about to get more as we ramp up our sticker production. Tried summa and mimaki and our workflow worked better with graphtec.
If the Graphtecs can't handle it, we run it on our zund g3s.

Covid might have done us a favor in realizing how ripe for disruption the supply chain really was/is. Hopefully we are learning a bit from it and bolstering our ability to get what we need as a country.

I agree with this. Sending artwork to another shop directly doesn't make sense to me. Have the customer reach back out to you directly. When they do, ask if there is anything you can help with. Might win them back at this point.

Thanks for the referrals! While we do our fiar share of banners, our primary focus is yard signs and stickers. Keep us in mind for those products especially.

No such thing as a current problem employee.
There are opportunities for growth, or people that need to be let go. Anything in the middle is a problem with the leadership, not the employee.
Just my opinion anyway.
