  4. New computer

I dislike Mac's very much thank you. I think Corel is easy to master, and use CoCut or something similiar for a rip. Flexi is nice, but not worth the money IMHO and it appears like you already hate it anyways, so never mind...
  5. Vinyl window design

I won't do glass without my Window Juice, but it IS something that is all personal preference. Trust me, we could all go on for days on whether to apply wet or dry. One of the biggest topics on here. lol. That's just my personal opinion on what to use.
  6. Internet problem

Yeah, I had to mess with my security settings to get ALL file formats to come through properly. Can't remember which buttons I pushed, but just start fiddling with your security (wisely of course) and see what happens...
  7. Corel Affect

Cool. Never knew that effect existed. BTW, as a professional writer I would like to say the proper word you were looking for was "effect", not "affect".:Big Laugh :Big Laugh :Big Laugh lol. Sorry, I notice stuff like that.
  8. Vinyl window design

I agree, Oracal is a good way to go. Another tip, make sure to clean the glass well, and apply the decals wet with Window Juice brand application fluid. The stuff works awesome for glass. You can use regular brand application fluid as well, but I've fell in love with Window Juice for glass...
  9. Real fire CD?

Pro, who says I haven't already talked to Fred? He's actually been quite helpful. I am merely wanting to gain insight on whether or not people dig the fire effect, and how bad they would want it and what they would want it for. Call it, a personal agenda. Or, just plain curiosity. A few things...
  10. Real fire CD?

That image is licensed under my name and anyone caught using it without my written permission can and WILL be turned into the authorities for due charges. If you would like to buy the image, it will be $100 and yes, I do happen to have your VISA number (I know the right people and websites...)...
  11. Real fire CD?

That'll be $100 please.... :Big Laugh

  14. Real fire CD?

Don't know why I am reviving this thread, but does anyone want to give me input on whether or not you would have a use for a image like this, and if so what you would use it for?
  15. Printing font examples

I take it back, it looks like I have over 20,000 fonts! WTH? I'm going to check out FontExpert. Heard it's good (as have others as well it appears).
  16. weird zooming in corel13

Don't know how to fix it, but I admit it's annoying. Although I just installed X3 about an hour ago, so I don't have too much time on it yet...:Big Laugh
  17. Color adjusting for large format

No clue. I never trust my screen though. I just pick Pantone colors that I KNOW how they will appear and go from there. Never trust a screen man, NEVER! A Pantone color wheel is worth it's weight in gold. Just pick the color formula and you're off. Just an idea. If you've printed on it before...
  18. Coroplast

They're a ways from you, but I like Pacific Coast Sign Supply. Great selection and very knowledgable folks.
  19. Looking to get into printing!!!

Yeah, mine's broken down a lot too (mutoh Falcon). Just got a new one today though so we'll see how this one handles things. That sucks about the Seiko's ruining a print because of the media being off. I put some material in too hastily once in my Mutoh and at the end of a 10 foot print it was...
  20. Looking to get into printing!!!

I have a prismjet, and yeah, it's just a Mutoh. It prints up to 45", not 48". Good printer, slower than some, but not horrible either. Versacamm is a little more money but it DOES have a plotter. I think the plotter in the Versacamm sucks so I went with a Mutoh and Graphtec plotter.
