Also, I'm quite positive you don't get arrested for installing a sign without a permit. Forced to stop work and fined, perhaps, but thrown in the slammer? idontthinkso
Yeah, I looked at that already. There are no prices, and everything is custom made. That is not what I'm looking for.
Someone PM'd me exactly what I was looking for though... http://www.nglantz.com/storefrontCommerce/itemDetail.do?itm_id=83130&itm_index=0
I need a source for temporary, exterior banner stands, for use as backdrops at festivals and one-day events. I think they are also know as "pipe & drape" stands, but I can't find anything to purchase that really meets my needs.
I can't even find what i'm looking for in my trade show supply...
I have a Mimaki CJV30-130 and I love it. If I were going to do it again, I would NOT have gotten the print and cut. Its pretty useless since your likely to laminate most everything before cutting it anyway.
Since we already had a 54" graphtec plotter, the $$ we would have saved on not getting...

We are a small shop, we are growing and I need help. When a typical client calls or comes in, I know how to estimate/price jobs without doing too much beforehand. I can spend 15 minutes or so discussing their needs & wants, and come up with a price immediately. But with big jobs, I'm all over...
grommets on corrugated plastic work just fine. I think this solution could last a year, depending on location. I would suggest using polymetal, its pricier, but it will absolutely last for 1 year, and you can put grommets in it (just pre-drill the holes).
the little Mimaki UV printers were all over the place at the NBM Show in Philly. They are really cool for making promo items and that spot gloss was soooooo neat. But I'd have to sell a LOT of little chotchkies to make it worth the cost. If we were a bigger shop, I'd consider it, but right now...
