A quick question for everyone... For your digital prints, are you using a cast material? I noticed we get less curl using a cast product than with calendered vinyl. For cut vinyl, we never have any problems using Avery 700HP calendered films.

We have used two-part epoxy (loctite from a hardware store.) Just make sure you scuff and clean the material. And I assume the hanging strips are french cleats? In the past we have used PVC instead of MDF with success.

General Formulations 223 or 222 is a 6 mil vinyl that does not need to be laminated to keep its rigidity and its got an AWESOME price point.
