Head Fuse Blown
If it is a Falcon Outdoor Junior then you have a blown head fuse... It is located on the Mainboard and you must deloder it and replace to correct the issue... To test it use an alligator clip to jump the fuse and do a nozzle check... If you get black then you know what you need...

The firmware don't support it... The machine measures the ink based on pump cycles... 1204 firmware only supports 220 ML cartridges... If you put a 440 ML cartridge in it you will get the dreaded 'CMYK' 'empty. or 'not original' error... JMO
Power Issue
The power issue is actually a good thing... It alerts you that you have a setting that is incorrect... If you set your 1604 correctly for the job your are producing you will have no problems.... Redundicy is great, learn to love it and it will save you money in the long run on...
Surge Protecter
VJ printers have 2 replaceable fuses inside the panel on the same end of the AC connection... I believe the tech was correct and have been told that as well from Mutoh...:beer
