3M is getting in the wrap business but at the dealer level. Company goes to buy a van (or a fleet of vans) they'll be able to buy the wrap as an accessory. The cost of the wrap will be financed with the vehicle loan or written into the lease.

I used to blast that stuff all the time using sandblast mask, play sand and a gravity feed spot blaster (looks like a paint ball gun) that I bought at Harbor Freight. Slate is soft, it blasts really easily. (I'll also admit I only wore my painting mask so I'm probably dying of silicosis right...
You keep looking for a way to start doing wraps with cheap materials you won't have to worry about whether the wrap lasts three years or not....you'll be out of business long before then. What's the price difference going to be between using the right stuff and using the cheap stuff? $125...
