Clear your preferences in Flexi and start over? I remember being told to do that quite a few times when ever I called for 7.6 support at Amiable. Do you have an old desktop printer with a serial port to use as a test device ? You could test the ports outside of Flexi that way.

It's my understanding that the customer's only obligation regarding the wrap (being done at the dealer) is to be able to have them roll the cost into the lease/purchase financing. Having that cost included in a monthly payment rather than laying out 3 grand all at once is mighty powerful...

Does this happen with old files as well as newly created files? Flexi files as well as , say, a jpeg dropped right into production manager and printed?

Some manufacturers include additives designed to repel dirt. Additives for dirt/water repellence, mildew, adhesion, rust inhibitors, UV blocking, blah blah blah. Also one of the reasons paint prices are up.
