Oh my gad, no kidding right?? OK thanks I'll try it. I just went with the HP Adhesive gloss profile with some tweaks, and its acceptable. Having a horrible time getting navy blue to not come out purple. Prowraps suggested that is just the combo of Flexi and Latex. Not a good mix.

SAI support suggested that it was a corrupted file in SAI Production Suite. He had me do a clean install. Apperently, I had neglected to do it clean, and had done an overwrite. When Re-installing flexi, you are asked if you would like to 'overwrite' . Check 'no' and it will automatically do it...

allright, i give up. I've reinstalled Flexi, the last update before Cloud, restarted the computer several times, cleared preferences....everything i could think of. just waiting for SAI support to get involved. I'll update this thread with their solution.

Try adjusting your rollers out a wee bit farther. This has worked for me. Add a taped on strip of material down the right side if needed. Stupid 'trifecta' thing I think....
