Doesn't it wrinkle up after a few days? I did some experimental stuff with cling awhile back, and the ones with any kind of vinyl stuck on them wrinkled up. Like different expansion rates of the materials. Maybe indoors in a temp controlled environment it's not a problem?

Yes, that IS the cutting strip. You could order one from Signwarehouse online. Someone must have been cutting tint or something with that machine . It should last quite a long time.
