    If you were to screen print them, I would print 100 up then have them cut out, other wise doing them 1 at a time will take you forever. I would sub them out and still make a decent profit.

    I know this won't make much sense, but I was having the same problems and I switched my head height from high to low and it prints perfectly now. Maybe try that and see if it works for you .

    The chips are glued onto the cartridges, there is no screw or anything to remove them. I'm starting to think I got riped off on these chips & cartridges.

    What ever you do don't by a bike from walmart and any type of stores like that. There's a big difference from a decent bike to a cheapy,a cheapy you need to peddle your ass off to get anywhere and a decent one just turn the peddle half a turn and your moving. I would go with a Trek cross...
