    Is Onyx even compatible with Vista? As far as the hardware key, you can run upto 2 printers with the 1 key. If your looking to get more keys I would think you woud have to buy another Onyx package.

    You dont need to attached right to your machine, put in on the floor if you have to, but it will take out the static out of the air. Gino, the 10mil PVC film equals about 0.10 styrene comes in rolls, Grimco sells it.

    The cheapest way to get rid of static is to use the gold christmas garland, draped it on the back of your machine or if your printer is close to a wall hang it on the wall, static gone.

    My tech told me when your pump stops making all them clicking sounds thats when you need a new pump. You can try a fill-up ink that will get any air out of your lines If thats the problem.
