My bet is going to be coolant scale built up inside the pump/radiator and or the intake fans/filters by the radiator being clogged on the service end of the machine. Ive had to literally vacuum that filter area with a shop vac, like WTF man you have barn cats...

if you look at the picture of the bottom of the head you can see the inkline from the capping station and it looks off center to me witch would introduce air while cleaning etc.
I would double check the cap adjust settings
looking at your test draw i'd take a look at your capping. if it hasn't been changed that would be where I would start first.

Yes, but there are also manual and electronic alignments in service mode for all the DPI that should be checked also.

If your still getting the 711 error its probably cooked the central I/O and or the UVLED driver board(s).
Couple of things to double check are the fans for the UV driver boards in the carriage are functioning properly.
