    We took 1" angle iron, and cut it to two 6" pieces, sandwich them together, weld them to a pair of vice grips... Than you use that to pinch piece of sign board or acrylic, and use that to life sign faces up. Very very reliable.

    440s. If you get regular ones at 120 a pop, the 440s are 80 a pop. 40x4 equals 160. Great savings that warrantys your head. What's even sweeter is I just got a BRAND NEW HEAD on my machine and started using these.
