I like you round idea with the single pop. the fonts may not be the best choices but if you stopped right here, it would work. a font like the one Jill usd for the my gosh would really be a good choice and then the tagline in something simple

from my office I can see out my window another sign shop. if I were to walk a block down the street, I would run into another one. we don't get in each other's way at all so don't worry about it.

totally give up on the oval idea as it just looks bad. the last version is so out of balance. do you understand what people have been saying about balance? some people have no idea what that means when it comes to a design and it is a learned skill so not crapping on you for being clueless...

the design in post #10 wasn't that bad. get rid of the shadow as it makes me feel like I have double vision. again the balance on that one is way off. it looks like you centered the top but then center the bottom copy to each other but put that off to the left along with the faded tree thing...

thank isignia for the good advice on the facebook page. we just found out we had one and have idea who set it up back in 2011. I had to claim the page and have been working on getting it to be something we can actually send people to look at. it was a hot mess when I found it.

I like neato and peavey's ideas. if you stick with yours, do the tilt and look into some other fonts. have you tried it with the purple and lime green? it might also look good
