I'm dangerous with photoshop but you can get eye candy and do it in flexi (I do it this way often, but my employee uses photshop) OR rasterize just the text or object you want to add bevel to and import to ps, do the "fancy" stuff and save with transperant background and import back into flexi...

I have flexi but would think it is comparable - right click the image, see if it gives you option of "unmask", click unmask and delete any raster boxes that come up. You may have to unmask a couple of layers - I've had that happen a few times but never with a clipart program.

We are running a bulk ink system with triangle mld in our versacamm as well. I found profiling was a pain but the ink holds up very well and having the bulk system has been great for refilling. As far as I know the ink has not caused me to have to clean any more than anyone else. Only issues...

I've got the 55" 4 as well and it has worked wonderful since day one. I use reverse wound oracal on it and flipped the belt into a figure eight to run the roll the other way. Once again - works great! It is definitely not the Cadillac of laminators but it's a great laminator for the money.

Sounds like it is...the cap may not be sealing anymore and when it sits awhile the ink begins to dry up in the nozzles. Had this problem with my sp roland. OR are you getting any air in the lines that must be purged before the ink starts flowing?
