Today is Wednesday. Tech finally showed up TODAY. he thinks it is a head but is unsure...if I have him replace it my bill for labor is two hours; if it is not the head, my bill will be for 4 hours. R & R. My heads have very little print time on them...does this sound correct?

I agree with Cinemasign - It will do this everytime if your panel size OR position is different from when you printed. This can easily be the case since you are cutting next day. Dont' ask me how I know...;-)

I still say it sounds like capping stations that are not sealing and the nozzles are drying up. Clean the heads a few times - I think it will clear up. I had the same exact problem and after changing the capping stations I had no more problem with nozzles drying up. My sp300v was 8 months old...
