Sorry to say I dont care for any. I think it's the whole CMYK thing. It's so dated. A couple of the designs aren't bad if the colors were different. Just my .02$

Remember....opinions are like a**holes. Everyone has one, and most of them stink.

Are you printing and cutting them immediately after? Or are you laminating then running through cut afterwards? If you print and cut right after, best thing to do is pause your printer and let the prints sit for a while before running the cut. Best solution for that I have found.

Why do they have to be joined to install? Won't they be "joined" when they are mounted to the wall? I would think installing a piece that long would be a pain.

You say "custom color" but then say Ronan or One Shot. Neither are custom....how about printing and laminating for a "custom" color?

Beg to differ...just replicated part of it with Times....slanted and stretched.

Looks like Times to me....stretched WAY too much.

Haven't done a full wrap but did print and cut graphics on one. And yes, requires much cleaning...used Zylene to cut the oils on it. And used IJ-180 as well.

and Fellers is falling into the same category, slowly but surely.

I know I should know it, but I am sure I deleted it from my font list because I despise it.

Hattenschweiller is close...I would use that, convert to outlines and modify accordingly if you haven't found anything closer.

use the same here. Yes it is much thinner than it was way back when. They have been able to make it thinner but with more poles, which makes it stronger. I rarely have a customer come back for a replacement due to it flying off the vehicle, like we did back even 10 years ago.

I think it's a bad cartridge. Seen that before.

Also, none of your standard everyday laminates are 100% optically clear, other than window perf laminates (like Clear Focus)....Oracal does have a few in optically clear I believe.....290 (cast) comes in an F designation for optically clear. Hand lamination never lays down perfectly smooth. Must...

No one having this issue? Can someone post a screenshot with their job log open so I can see where it should be opening?

+1 on Oracal...thicker and less prone to small gashes

are these marks indentations of the rollers or actual ink marks? SuperCast is very thin so hard to eliminate indentations....luckily on the Roland you can move the inner rollers away..don't know about Mimaki.
