Pressure @ 29 WOW,i have never gone past 15 on normal vinyl and 20 on laminated vinyl and 22 on metalized, do you do a test cut to check your depth .....not sure if the excessive pressure would cause this or not. Just a thought!!!

Should be said....... the ability to use some Photoshop plugins!!! Not all work within Flexi!!!

First time user of the take up any advice will be great!!! Just getting ready to use it on a long run.The rotation on the take up seems to be to fast.When the print gets tight will it pull up on the rollers and stop taking up? Then when it gets slack it will take up again? Just checking,because...

I changed it to type 1 in the cutter and in flexi,,and the first test well it seems to be 100% better now!!!! Running a few more to make sure!!! THANKS!!!

Has anyone ran into this problem on a print and cut!!!!

Still no call back from TECH!!!!!!!!!!!! I ran 5 more test runs to try to pin point what was going on,and each time was the same results.now that i caught up on my sleep and my eyes are not half shut,,heres a to the T layout!!!

I did the step and repeat 10 copy's 1 row and ripped it as 1 (took allot longer to process ) and then i sent 1 copy to rip,and selected 10 copy's and both print and cuts are off in the same locations!!! I know ive smoked a carton of cowboy killers in the past 3 days,and wasted allot of media...

i just measured it doug correct it seems the space from that point is off as well sorry!! yes the cut files is fine!

Its 1/16th over and the sticker is still 2x3,and the spacing is the same,yes without a print the cutter works perfect!!! So it seems to be the print running off then and not the cutter!!
