    I'm just testing some media in ours - arrived last week. It will print on both aqueous and solvent media. I even loaded some 80gm bond paper and it printed on that fine. Of course the profile sucked but not even my 5500 will print colour on that stuff. So far I'm impressed.

    Using black ink only will usually give a thin, banded grey. A proper custom profile is the only way to do this properly.

    I just got mine up and running. It definitely looks promising but think some media might be a problem. Polyester rollup banner material for one, but maybe there are other options not apparent right now.

    If the problem is the 3/4 tone reversal try setting the BIC to 4.5 or so in advanced ink limits.

    Giclee schmeeclee. I call em canvas or art paper prints. I just tried some Hahnemulle watercolour paper and it printed fine.
