Awesome unit, rarely screwed up a print on it.
They do hot laminating as well as cold which is another service you can offer.
As you mention the only thing wrong with them is the speed.
We bought another Seal, only faster.
They are here. Ultra cheap banners are sold here and printed in Asia for peanuts.

Yeah sometimes the printer tells me the carts are faulty and/or need reseating.
I might even have to reseat them a few times but usually they come good.
Designjets self diagnosis system can be a little too sensitive at times.
We use this stuff which is a nice matte finish, and cheaper than others we tried.
Probably not too convenient but perhaps they will tell you where it might be available in the US.

Yeah I just tried that exact same profile and it seems nearly right but for a bit of fisheye in the dark greens.
I'm running my own profile now using that as a base.
