I would do pvc posts pinted with latex, aluminum sign with clearcoat with digital print under the clear and if there was any dimensional wording it it acrylic or routed pvc lettering painted with latex

We do this all the time also we only use high solids clear. All you have to do is cuff it, wipe down with alcohol and clear over it. If your not setup to clear take to a body shop. We use 3 part clear from ppg and it aint cheap

One thing thats hard to do is critic someones work without sounding arrogant. Compared to what they had huge improvement but it needs a little,something. Maybe a drop shadow, lite grey on the Louis. Not bad though

ballast was a complete macth for replacement and WHY did it light up for a week and them start acting a fool? this is what baffles me.

bulbs were all burned out and were black on ends when I replaced them, bulbs run side to side and sockets did not appear to be corroded, as I said that thing lit up like all get out for a week

I have no idea what shops around me get for banners but their in house banners suck. The are not hemmed, they are flimsy. I double what I pay for signs365 and I have no idea how much that is. You just cant beat it

We would weld up a 1" aluminum frame and face it with .040 aluminum with routed and latex painted pvc adhered to it

We use a 5 in 1 paint tool and then scrape rest of adhesive with razor scraper no issues yet. Keep in mind the f250 is going to have a hole behind it
