I have the vinyl zapper also. I have not had trouble with reflective removal. On the down side, its not the tool for larger graphics (unless its a last resort)....wraps NO. I bought a couple when doing a fleet of vans. It was great for the doors, and well worth the money. We didn't use it...

Hah, moot point..... I just got off the phone with 3m. They said their 680 series reflective has a 3 year shelf life. Guess I'm good.

Long story short.... I have a roll of 3m reflective that has about 15 yards left. Yeah, maybe I should have pitched it, but its been sitting here for all this time. Today I get an order that will require 3 yards of this reflective blue, and its a rush. I grab the roll and it cuts...

when I think of "machine time", I think of CNC router work? I guess that is where posting in the proper thread would come in handy.
