  1. National Men

National Men Make Dinner Day is today. Will you be observing this or does your wife do all the cooking no matter what? It is also the Earl of Sandwich's anniversary of the invention of the sandwich. Maybe make the wife a sandwich for dinner???
  2. laying one full sheet

Keith, would you have the vinyl rolled around a tube so you dont have to hold it up ?
  3. laying one full sheet

Not an easy task if you dont have automation or extra hands. I have done similar "laminations" in that fashion, but not a full size sheet. Since I purchased a Big Squeegee a couple of years ago, that has become my preferred method. And I like to apply transfer tape on those bigger laminations...

Also, I know my VE plotter has drivers installed like a desktop printer install. Then, In Flexi, the "printer" port is selected per the port connection to the machine.

    Welcome to the show!
  8. Can I wrap this?

If you take the bumper off, you can easily remove the top pads and the lisc plate lights, that's all. It's like, 8 bolts.
  9. Can I wrap this?

That bumper weighs enough, it isnt going to be floppin' around. It's steel. As long as it's on a proper stand.
  10. Can I wrap this?

I might remove that bumper so you can de-trim it. Not so big a deal.
  11. I feel really dumb

Convert to outlines. Ungroup. Regroup / designate color.
  12. Contour Cutting Setup

Troll around the SW website - there is all kinds of info there. If you bought the ARMS from SW, give them a call. If you get the right guy on the phone, I'm sure you'll get good CS. Do a search here, too, and you may find some info. This plotter you bought is actually not such a "cheaped out"...

  14. New Heads - color profiles not working?

Welcome to the wonderful world of Mutoh. Experiment with any other profiles you may have until you find what works well. Par for the course.
  15. Keep your day job

Wow. Well, you know, consider the source. If you make it easy, you will get those who are the laziest. (Or Lazyest. not sure about the spelling! does this make me lazy?)
  16. My introduction

    Welcome to the show!
  17. is it ok to disparage a piece of equipment here? (enduralam owners, sorry)

It is baffling to me, the SW deal. I have a few interactions, and the guys I dealt with were great. How is it that such an outfit can let a few bad eggs ruin the whole batch? Especially in these economic times!
  18. Keep your day job
