    length is going to be an issue for single piece construction... if they want the same 2" thickness, you can possible use 2" HDO laminated with .040 aluminum, but again not sure if you will need to seam or if you can find 15' continuous .040 (you can seam the HDU no issue because its covered)

    use a garrote wire, and charge accordingly. they may change their mind about painting it before hand, but then you will want to wait a few weeks to install after painting.
