A small sign like that just cover it in vinyl. By the time you etch, prime and paint you are going to have a lot in that. 2 yards of film and you are done.
My best friend races IMCA mods and finishes in the top 20 NATIONAL points every year for the last 10 years....I know lots of racers...94% are tight-wads, 5% are losers, 1% are OK!!!
Heat and fishing line combo is what I do no emlems, the molding heat and once I get it started pull. The glue the put them on with is VHB on steriods....
Things I heard today...
"you can just copy and paste that off their website"
"$100? it's just a sticker"
"I'll just wait here while you design me a couple log-ohs" (LOG OH's)
"Who else in town does stickers of MERICAN EAGLES???"
I am out of here!!!!
Stickers are paper with adhesive on the back...those machines are made to print vinyl graphics....laminating is NOT an option for a full bleed print/cut on and vinyl film.

So you do "Die Killing"? You must have a huge quantities, we just cut ours on a plotter!
Our shop min is $50, I see so many sad faces when I tell them that.
"All I want is Calvin peeing on......" I used to hear this 20 times a week.
