if someone post a perfect picture OF A GOOD ONE, it can be duplicated on a gerber edge
we must have SEVERAL members who still print and sell control panel overlays.

But, you realize those downloaded profiles can not measure all the variables associated with YOUR EQUIPMENT

firesprint posted something recently, pointing out that EVERY print & cut job had a bit of error in it, and this can be compensated for by proper design
I HAVEN'T DONE ONE IN YEARS, but,, you know there are 3 modes a parallel port can be set to,
bidirectional
ECP
EPP
if your mode doesn't match it will not work (my best quess)
you can probably test by copying a small file (a windows shortcut, for example) from a cmd prompt to the port...

probably easier if you route away a bit more than you need, grab & bend with something like the above, then, use a bit with a bearing to cut off the excess
THE REAL PROBLEM, is that if you email a person who is ACTUALLY BUSY (as opposed to imagining yourself as busy, [but that is another whole thread]) you need to put a "HOOK" in the subject line to attract
their attention.
