    I soak my heads whenever I have clogged or deflected nozzles only! It has always worked for me, sometimes I have had to soak the head over night. Yes, you need to turn off both the sub power and main power as mentioned above. :smile:

    Ok, I did a cleaning and loaded Oracal 3165G to do another test print, now it looks worse? So, the material thickness (distant of travel for such a small image), didn't make much difference in the overlap.

    I had a similar problem (not as bad), and I soaked my heads all night (8-12) hours and the next morning the head was at 99%. Have you tried a head soak? Couldn't hurt.... :smile:
