Ok all you Roland experts, what do I need to do to fix this issue, I have not seen this before? I have a Roland SP-540V and get this overlapping pattern when doing a test print, it just started doing this. Open to any and all suggestions.... :smile:

I had a similar problem (not as bad), and I soaked my heads all night (8-12) hours and the next morning the head was at 99%. Have you tried a head soak? Couldn't hurt.... :smile:
