I did the staples thing, but you have to buy other inks from them once a month in order to be able to redeem the points, and I don't buy ink from them, so there was no point to it. I just toss them now.

I'm paying $206/roll for 54" 3651, and that's delivered. I don't use Oracal laminate, so I can't chime in on that. Canadian, that should be about $258. I'd just shop around, you should be able to do better.
