Redline, Did you try any of the other suggestions to see if it works for you? just curious as all three ways seem to do the same thing, just different steps to get there. I tried the other way using the F10 key but was unable to get the reverse button to open up and be usable.

If I were in your shoes I would either purchase a new brand name cutter (Graphtec,Roland,Summa) to name a few. If you are not in a hurry and watch ebay you can find a used brand name machine for around $600 on up. Stay away from all the cat named cutters. Good Luck.
