  1. rgb...cmyk....so cornfused!...ugg

I used Corel many moons ago. I found it changed colours due to its unfathomable colour management. Abobe apps I found to be far more predictable.

  3. Customers who bring in Flash Drives, Whos Responsibility is it?

I did pick up a virus that's spread by usb drives apparently. I downloaded a free app called Flash Disinfector which I try and remember to run before I plug one in. ESET picked up one virus, the drive's owner didn't seem too worried about it.

  6. Surgery #15 Comin' Up

Good luck with the ops. I just spent 3 months on the oxies courtesy of a motorbike crash. The compound broken leg hardly hurt at all - must've been nerve damage - but I took the painkillers cos they are such a nice stone. heh.

  10. Caveat Emptor: (Thinking of buy Wasatch Softrip?)

Do they have an FTP server? Sometimes companies keep all sorts of old software, betas etc sitting on them for years. I can't imagine their competition bending over to give somebody a version a couple of years old either. You haven't said why don't you have a backup copy..

Not wanting to rain on anyone's parade but it's a properly set up profile that gives good neutral greyscales, not the printer.
  12. Adwords: Money for nothing or works?

I recently paid someone to design a template for my website. I then filled in content, did a bit of research - Google is quite helpful with tips on how to make your site successful with it's search engine - and now using the term "large format printing sydney" I'm coming high up on page two. Not...

Pretty slow. You wouldn't want to have 50 shirts to do in a hurry.
  19. WEB Design Software?

I'm no expert, basically a web page hack. Dreamweaver is the industry standard. It came with Adobe Creative Suite so that's what I use.
  20. Using HP paper in Mutoh 1304

I've used that in my HP5500 aqueous printer. Even then it's only designed for light ink loads such as architectural plans otherwise it bleeds and cockles like a mofo. I think I tried something similar in my Roland soljet but the inks didn't dry - seemed like they need some plastic to bind to to...
