paitn the damn post with exterior flat white and then topcoat with exterior white semigloss and be done. and do not spray use a roller and it will be fine. none of this sleeve crap and none of this staining.

cooly bright is high as hell, we use NiteLite. I would prefer to eradicate as opposed to digital print. I think it will last longer. Ive seen some very bad printed flexs around here. we also use this on backlit awnings

check the city planning website see who is building. ride around and see who is moving into other places that used to be vacant. there is ALWAYS something going on out there that requires signage. you just need to stay on top of it. See a construction site? they will have the builkding permit...
