I gotta chime in with Edserv on this one. If a customer calls, they will always get to speak to a real person.....NEVER an answering machine. If its ME they insist on speaking with, they will usually get a return call within minutes. If I'm out, I will get paged.

I usually take a nap. I figure if I take an hour nap, then I will probably work twice as fast the rest of the day. :rolleyes:

I will say a prayer for Rachel....2 for your wife....and 3 for this girls mother who had to find her. It is a sad situation for all.
