    I believe that requires an SOL answer. I had that happen once and started stating on the work order "No charge for sign removal and discard". That way they know I'm not gonna be careful with them or reuse them and they should pay for that service.

    my first thought is that Northeast is very readable and the protective coating is jumbled together, so people won't know what the company does immediately. Like the emphasis is on the wrong part, which I can understand cuz that's long but that's my only thought so far.
