I agree and the first thing I see is the big grey space between the handles. Maybe an est. year or something there? Also, from a typical customer POV I think the info on the back too tiny to read.
Dealing with a customer at the counter, I'm by myself so he understandingly allows me to answer the phone when it rings. After a short question and answer period with guy on the phone...
Me: So when do you need this?
Him: Well, really... yesterday.

seriously... I used to get those little LED badges with the scrolling message here in the US and they stopped carrying them. Trying to find someone else to get them from, I could only find China. No wonder... they couldn't make em as cheap anymore *sighs* well, I refuse to buy them that way.
